the argument coming from president obama. he was down in new orleans yesterday or near new orleans in louisiana checking out some of the hurricane damage after isaac passed through there and we heard some of what we anticipate he will say this week and what his surrogates and other speakers here at the dnc will say this week. but the democrat inparty wants to rebuild the economy from the middle class out and contrasting that with the republican approach that they call trickle down fairy dust economics which is essentially, in their words, cutting the rich people in this country a break and then expecting that to or the of trickle down to the middle and lower classes and help them. we'll hear that argument. you know, the democratic party released its platform just in the last day or so and we are seeing a lot of points on foreign policy and that is because i think the president has done well on some of this. of course, getting osama bin laden, that is one point that, of course, we'll hear. so we do expect to hear a little bit
